for example, dark circles under the eyes, jowels or wrinkles. i’m female and in my late 20s (and relatively healthy) and am wondering if anyone can tell me of any natural therapies, medicines or techniques that have actually worked for them in preventing aging of the skin.
i know it’s a fact of life but i still want to stop it!!!

The best and most natural ways to prevent aging are quite simple: eat well, exercise, don’t smoke and drink lots of water. Anti wrinkle cremes and surgery are only band-aids, they are only temporary while having a healthy lifestyle lasts. Though, if you have dry skin, you should wear a moistruizer as dry skin ages faster. Also ask yourself whether you are stressed or not, that can definately age you and break your body down. Also eat fish, which has omgega 3 and 6. I don’t know the science of it, but somehow it prevents wrinkles.
You might notice sometimes how people who aren’t very active age more quickly. My grandfather is almost eighty and was always active and worked hard, it’s not surprising that he is still strong and looks about 60, compared to his friends who are the same age, but are frail and wrinkly because they spend most of their time sitting around.

Well, so long as you get your 8 hours of sleep every night, drink a LOT of water, eat good healthy food, stay away from alcohol, don’t party until late or stay up till late, don’t smoke and always use moisturizers then you should be on the road to good healthy, and young looking skin.

First of all, don’t smoke. It causes wrinkles. Also, hemorrhoid ointment (a new tube used only for your eyes) which is a vaso-constrictor will help lighten up the dark circles.
