I’m 15 and I want to keep my skin as young and healthy and prevent wrinkles from occuring in the future.
For the past 2 years I have followed a daily routine in order to try to preserve my skin and keep it healthy. I wash my face daily with organic cleansers/toners, I use emu oil regularily as my moisturizer, apply 45 spf sunscreen every morning, and remove any makeup I have worn during the day before I go to bed. As for food/drinks, I drink at least four cups of water daily and drink green tea every day, eat pecans/sunflower seeds/almonds daily, have fish about 3 times a week, and eat fruits and vegetables and antioxidants daily.
If you have any other ideas about keep your skin as young and ageless as it can be to prevent aging in future, please help me.
P.S. I’ve heard that taking lecithin supplements are supposed to be really healthy?
