How long does it take to see results in a new skin care regimen? I looked online and everyone says something different.

It depends on the system you are using. I would say a couple of weeks would be fair enough to judge if their is an improvment or not. Take before and after pictures after like three weeks to see if their is a difference. This will give you a better perspective to see if the system is working for you or if it`s just a waste of money.
Tip: If you are staring a new skincare regiman or system, it`s extremely important that you test it out when you are at home and have nowhere to go. I started using Clean and Clear acne system and my eyes were really swollen and my whole face was bright red. It was really scary and apparently I`m allergic to benzoyl peroxide. I had to go to school like that and believe me it wasn`t fun, Ha Ha! Hope I helped.

Probably because different products will do different things to different skin types. Depending on what you mean I’ve used products that have showed me results from 4 days to 6 weeks. 4 days was mostly all natural serums, 6 weeks tended to be more chemically created creams and such. But that’s just me.

different products have different results, but to see a dramatic difference in your face and skin, you need to wait about 2 weeks, unless otherwise instructed. I would also take a picture before you start to compare with after about 2 weeks.
Some products you will notice and imediate difference by touch, dryness or moisture, tightness or flexibility in the skin. If you see redness at first don’t panic, but if the redness don’t go away after a week or two. then discontinue use. Also some acne products will make your skin look worse for a while before it looks better. But use the same instructions, after a week or two if there isn’t any difference or redness, discontinue.
I also must tell you that the price of something isn’t an indicator of quality or what you personally need. Don’t think something will work for you, just because you spent a lot of money on it. Some of the best skin care products can be purchased at your local pharmacy, for a low price.

It depends on the products and what you are expecting to see. Hot water make a difference right away. Glycolic acid peel takes a couple of weeks to really improve the skin for a long time. You will see results within the first couple of applications. The Glycolic works from under the skin outward with the new fresh skin. The real results are when you forget you even had a skin problem. http://www.doctorsecret.com
