Not really.
If there was one, Oprah would have known by now, she buys the best cosmetics money can buy, look at her, she still have wrinkles around her eyes.

Products with the ingredient retinol have been shown to help fine lines. And any moisturizer in general will make your skin a little plumper which will temporarily reduce the appearance of lines. Experiment with using a makeup primer under your foundation. The silicone is supposed to fill in fine lines and wrinkles, but it’s not going to give dramatic results.
Try to avoid caking lots of makeup in that area – just use the bare minimum needed to conceal any under-eye circles. Too much makeup will actually make the creases look deeper!
Best wishes on your wedding, and hope this helps

Anew Clinical Eye Lift [$28 on http://abanaciski.avonrepresentative.com
It comes with a cream for under your eyes that lightens discoloration, takes the puff out, and fills the lines, and a gel for above the eye that lifts and tightens and makes the skin firm.
It actually does work, really well. Plus, it’s not just one generic do-everything cream, it’s two parts of one specifically targeted system, so care is taken to treat everything individually for what it is.
In my opinion, thats the absolute smartest way to go.
