   Twice a week. you can use it specifically on oily areas on your face for a third time if you want to. Avoid the eye area! After rinse-off, do use a toner and light lotion to keep the oil-water balance of your face! Vincent

   @ MissCounfusedd, yes, it is ok to use apple/carrots/flour on the same day. You skin is very capable is absorbing the essential ingredients in all of them at the same time. However, you can also make your own apple facial OR carrot facial if you like. The beauty of it is that you can have 2 masks by doing so. Vincent
